Regatta At Kozi Square Kuching Hotel

We had a great stay at a modern hotel in the heart of the city. Our room was cozy and clean, with a good air conditioning system. the rooftop swimming pool was a highlight with a breathtaking view. We enjoyed nearby local food courts for breakfast and lunch, which provided a great value.

The hotel seemed understaffed which led to a little confusion during check-in and room readiness.

We loved the modern and comfortable ambiance of this hotel. The spacious room easily accommodated two adults and one kid. The pool provided an excellent view and gave us a relaxing experience. we found the mattress to be very comfortable and had a good night's sleep.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel was the best choice for our short city break. Our room was well-maintained, and the air conditioner worked efficiently, keeping us comfortable during our stay. The hotel provided us with sufficient amenities which we enjoyed.

We were disheartened by the lack of attention given to our requests. The housekeeping staff did not clean our bathroom thoroughly, and no WiFi connection was available for use.

The hotel has spacious rooms that can comfortably accommodate a family. the location is perfect, with easy access to food courts and shopping outlets. the rooftop swimming pool offers a fantastic view and a unique experience with its saltwater.

The hotel needs to improve on its service delivery. Check-in took longer than expected, and some of the rooms weren't ready past the expected waiting period.

Despite a few small issues, we had a pleasant stay at Regatta Suites Kozi Square. The front office staff were polite and helpful, and the air conditioner worked well. The swimming pool was a highlight, offering fantastic views.
